National Book Lovers Day

Today is National Book Lovers Day! If I had to choose between math and reading, the answer would be easy without hesitation, reading! I’ve always loved reading about things that interests me or content I could grow from. The only time I didn’t like reading was in high school when we had summer reading projects and sometimes in college, depending on the class. After college I started reading a lot more. I wanted to continue stimulating my mind and learning new things. This picture shows you guys a few amazing books that I’ve read and if you haven’t read any of these, you should go check them out! Each of these books have taught me something; life lessons, business decisions, or topics I had very little knowledge of before hand. Below, I’ve listed the titles, as well as the authors.

  1. “Outliers” by: Malcolm Gladwell
  2. “The Alchemist” by: Paulo Coelho
  3. “The New Jim Crow” by: Michelle Alexander
  4. “How to Set Up & Run a Fashion Label” by: Toby Meadows
  5. “Pharrell: Places and Spaces I’ve Been” by: Pharrell Williams
  6. “Decoded” by: Jay-Z
  7. “Girl Boss” by: Sophia Amoruso
  8. “The 48 Laws of Power” by: Robert Greene
