Love was in the air yesterday. My family and I attended my cousin’s wedding. I love love; it’s truly a beautiful thing. Being the indecisive person I am when it comes to clothes, I decided what I was wearing at the last-minute. I’ve worn this dress ONCE since I bought it over a year ago. Since it wasn’t too hot yesterday, and the colors were nice for spring/summer, why not? This dress is from one of my favorite retailers ever, ASOS. If you took a look at my Instagram before this post, initially I had on a pair of navy blue snake-skin strappy sandals from Steve Madden. Those sandals are everything and more, but they hurt my feet like nobody’s business, so I switched into my nude strappy Steve Madden sandals.
I also styled my beautiful mother. She knows how to dress but we thought it would be best if I put my touch on it. Both her top and skirt are from Lane Bryant. The skirt is so fun and different. The circles are a great print and fit n’ flare skirts is a great piece for every woman to have in her closet. They can be worn for different occasions. We added the hot pink jewelry, from Charming Charlie, to give the outfit a pop. I guess strappy sandals were the “it” thing yesterday because she also wore a black pair of Bandolino’s from Zappos.
