I’m a firm believer that everything happens for a reason and that every person/thing comes into your life at the most necessary time - that’s how I feel about “Vibrate Higher Daily” by @lalahdelia ✨ I’ve had this book on my list of must-reads for months and after listening to the most recent @blackgirlinom episode with Lalah , which resonated so much with my life, I knew it was time to order it!

No exaggeration but It’s been really hard for me to put it down. I’ve had it for less than a week and I’m almost done! I don’t want to go too deep into the many gems inside or how beautifully written this book is but Lalah mentions “The Dark Night of The Soul” being the point in which she knew it was time to change her life around. I vividly remember The Dark Night of The Soul for myself too, which was back in September of 2018. I wasn’t happy, in a good space, or at peace, at all. Insomnia and anxiety filled my life. Since that moment two years ago, I’ve been making changes to my lifestyle from eating habits, becoming pescatarian then vegetarian, to my thoughts and the way in which I move around while on this Earth + more. 🌸

Life is a journey not a destination and I’m continuously evolving into a better woman, learning more about myself and what works for me. Within the short time of having this book in my possession, I’ve already felt the push to level up in all aspects of my life, recognizing the magic + power within me, and just to do better because I CAN and I AM ABLE. Definitely add this to your list of books to read! 🤎
